Canned tuna fish with avocado
Canned tuna in oil, drained and flaked- 3 small cans
Cilantro – ½ small bunch
Lemon juice, freshly squeezed-2 Tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil-2 Tbsp
Sea salt-1 tsp
Black pepper-⅛ tsp
- Combine sliced cucumber, sliced avocado, thinly sliced red onion, drained tuna, and ¼ cup cilantro in a large salad bowl.
- Sprinkle salad ingredients with 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt and ⅛ tsp black pepper. Mix and serve.
