Baked Asparagus with Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. asparagus, stalks trimmed

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

  • 3 cloves minced garlic

  • kosher salt, black pepper

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400º. Put asparagus in a baking dish.
  • Pour the heavy cream over it. Spread out the minced garlic over it. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella.
  • Bake until cheese is golden and asparagus tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
