Baked Lobster Tails

Lobster tails baked in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Cold water lobster tails-4

  • Unsalted butter, melted-2 Oz

  • Shallots, sliced-2 Tbsp

  • Paprika-1 Tsp

  • Garlic powder-1 Tsp

  • Salt-1 Tsp

  • White pepper-1 Tsp

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • Split shell of lobster tail with a chef’s knife or kitchen scissors without cutting into flesh.

  • Brush with butter and top with shallots then season with paprika, garlic powder, salt and white pepper.
  • Put entire tail on a baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes.
