Chicken Parmesan Meatloaf

Ground chicken in the oven


  • Ground Chicken-2 lb (Turkey is also possible)

  • Egg-1

  • Marinated Sauce-1/3 cup

  • Garlic, minced-2 Cloves

  • Breadcrumbs-1/2 cup

  • Grated Onion-2 Tbsp

  • Italian Seasoning-2 tsp

  • Grated Parmesan cheese-1/2 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • For the topping: Marinara Sauce- about 2/3 cup, Shredded Mozzarella-3/4 cup, Freshly Grated Parmesan


  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees, place a baking sheet with some aluminum foil and drizzle a little olive oil in the center so that the meatloaf doesn’t stick
  • Stir together all the ingredients for the meatloaf in a large bowl, until well combined and form into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the meatloaf for 40 minutes then top it with the remaining sauce and cheeses and put it back in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Let the meatloaf to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
