Ground chicken in the oven
Ground Chicken-2 lb (Turkey is also possible)
Marinated Sauce-1/3 cup
Garlic, minced-2 Cloves
Grated Onion-2 Tbsp
Italian Seasoning-2 tsp
Grated Parmesan cheese-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
For the topping: Marinara Sauce- about 2/3 cup, Shredded Mozzarella-3/4 cup, Freshly Grated Parmesan
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees, place a baking sheet with some aluminum foil and drizzle a little olive oil in the center so that the meatloaf doesn’t stick
- Stir together all the ingredients for the meatloaf in a large bowl, until well combined and form into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatloaf for 40 minutes then top it with the remaining sauce and cheeses and put it back in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let the meatloaf to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
