Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Pasta with parmesan cheese

Ingredients

  • Unsalted butter-2 tbsp

  • Garlic, minced-4 cloves

  • Chicken broth-2 cups

  • Chicken broth-2 cups

  • Butter-2 tbsp

  • Fettuccine-8 oz

  • Salt, to taste

  • Pepper, to taste

  • Grated parmesan cheese-¼ cup

  • Grated parmesan cheese-¼ cup

Directions

  • Take a large pan and heat olive oil in over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently about 1-2 minutes.
  • Put in the chicken broth, milk, butter and fettuccine. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Allow the pot to a boil, and then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally about 18-20 minutes.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed.
  • Serve immediately, and top with parsley.
