Pasta with parmesan cheese
Ingredients
Unsalted butter-2 tbsp
Garlic, minced-4 cloves
Chicken broth-2 cups

Fettuccine-8 oz
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Grated parmesan cheese-¼ cup

Directions
- Take a large pan and heat olive oil in over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently about 1-2 minutes.
- Put in the chicken broth, milk, butter and fettuccine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Allow the pot to a boil, and then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally about 18-20 minutes.
- Add the Parmesan cheese. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed.
- Serve immediately, and top with parsley.
