Limoncello Tiramisu

Italian very delicious dessert.


  • Custard:
    Mascarpone cheese- 16 oz
    Granulated sugar-1/3 cup
    Zest and juice of half of a lemon
    Lemon curd-8 oz
    Heavy cream-1 1/2 cup

  • Syrup:
    Limoncello- 1 cup
    Water-1/2 cup
    Granulated sugar-1/2 cup
    Zest and juice of half a lemon

  • Italian Lady fingers

  • Fresh raspberries

  • Fresh mint


  •  Take a saucepan, add the water, limoncello and 1/2 cup of sugar and simmer just for the sugar to dissolve, remove from the heat, put into it the lemon zest and juice and let it cool.
  •  Take a mixer and cream together the mascarpone, sugar, lemon curd, lemon zest and juice and vanilla until smooth, fold in the whipped cream and put aside.
  • Take a 9×13 pan and begin assembling. Dip the lady fingers in the syrup mixture and make one layer, then spread 1/3 of the cream mixture and continue to do this until you have 3 layers of ladyfingers and 3 layers of custard and finish with the custard. Wrap it with some plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Place berries and mint over it and serve to enjoy!
