Very delicious ice cream
Heavy Cream, whipped to stiff
Sweetened Condensed Milk- 1 14oz can
Smooth Peanut Butter-1 cup
Vanilla Extract-2 tsp
- Whisk together the condensed milk, peanut butter and vanilla
until smooth, add in about ¼ of the whipped cream and continue to whisk until the mixture loosens a bit.
- Add in the remaining whipped cream,
place it in an airtight container and put it in
the freezer to set overnight.
- Serve with my chocolate fudge sauce.
