Ritzy Chicken Bites

Chicken with cheese


  • Boneless Skinless Breast cut into 1.5 inch pieces-1-1/2 lb

  • Buttermilk-1 cup

  • Granulated Garlic-1 tsp

  • Paprika-1/2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cracker Crumbs- 2 cups

  • Pablo Breadcrumbs-1/3 cup

  • Freshly Grated Parmezan cheese-1/4 cup

  • Vegetable Oil


  • Whisk together the buttermilk, paprika, graduated garlic and salt in a large bowl, put in the chicken, then cover with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for a few hours.
  • Take a skillet, add about one inch of vegetable oil in it and put on medium heat. In the meantime, mix together the cracker crumbs and parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl.
  • Dredge the chicken in the cracker mixture and fry until golden brown and crispy, place them on a paper towel lined plate and sprinkle some fresh parmesan over the top.
