Tropical Summer Sangria

Refreshing cocktail

Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced-3 limes

  • Cucumber-1

  • Mint leaves-1 cup(s)

  • Pineapple, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks-1

  • Sauvignon blanc, chilled-1 bottle

  • White rum, optional-1 cup(s)

  • Lemon lime soda-4 cup(s)

Directions

  • In a large jug, muddle together limes, cucumber, and mint with a wooden spoon.
  • Add in the fresh pineapple and any juices saved from the fresh pineapple.
  • Add the rum and wine.
  • Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours then add ice and soda. Serve over ice.
